How much does a data recovery cost ???

It depends on the difficulty level  and to where you wish to send your HD.

If your HD belongs to level 1 or 2 and you are not in a hurry, we suggest sending to our lab in Brazil where you can have the best prices available even with the freight from Federal Express. The day after you send, the HD will be at our lab. Consult us about the details on how to send it including all necessary customs documentation. One week after you send it you can have your data back.

From HD jobs done at our lab in Brazil the estimated prices ranges from US$ 200 to US$ 600 (IDE, Levels 1 or 2) and the average time to do everything is about 5 days.

If the HD has difficulty Level 3 or you are in a hurry, we suggest sending it direct to our partner in USA or Canada. In this case the price range from US$ 950 to US$ 1.550 (IDE, Windows and Mac workstations). Please ask us for details.

VERY IMPORTANT: A lot of customers frequently don’t know what difficulty level the HD belongs to. It’s necessary a diagnosis to confirm it. So, we really suggest that you first should send the HD to our lab in Brazil and if necessary we resend the HD to our partners. If you decide to send direct to them is ok but the price will be much higher even if your case is an easier one. The only reason we think you should send direct to them is if you are in a hurry. It’s up to you to decide.

Estimated Data Recovery Prices at Levels 1 or 2:

Obs01: The final value for the job is only informed after the diagnosis.

Obs02: The diagnosis service is charged in advance and is abated from the total. This cost covers techniques hours used in the diagnosis. Contact us for bank information.

Obs03: The Priority and Urgency taxes are charged in advance and even in case of negative recovery. This cost covers a special attendance to the customer.

Obs04: For "the most serious" cases at Level 3 (example: disk surface very scratched) the service should be done at our partners in USA or Canada.

Obs05: HDs with RAID: multiply the value by the HDs number.

Obs06: CD recording = US$ 5 ; DVD recording = 30 US$

Obs07: Values valid for the STANDARD option (normally 4 business days).

Obs08: On RAID systems even using the emergency option, the estimated time of 24 hs can be more because RAID are too much difficult to solve.
